Sea Ranch Lodge Workforce Housing

OpenScope provided architectural services for this workforce housing project for the Sea Ranch Lodge, designing a medium-scale affordable housing development. The project includes two new duplexes with both shared and private open spaces. Sustainability features include solar arrays on each building’s roof and rain water storage. The parcel also includes on-site parking and a community garden.
