Cottonwood and Ida

This proposed two-acre development in Bozeman, Montana will bring new vitality to a vacant industrial site in the quirky mixed-use Northeast Neighborhood. The project creates approximately 90 new housing units in a variety of configurations, including traditional rental apartments and for-sale flats as well as commercial office space. A number of maker spaces for local artisans sit on the ground floor. At the core of this development is a large open plaza that will host public events, fostering community connections.
