Mission Co-Housing

This co-housing is situated in between the Castro and Mission District in San Francisco. OpenScope renovated the five-unit apartment building and expanded it with the addition of a three-bedroom accessory dwelling unit to the basement, which was previously used as a garage. The entire building was restored and renovated to include over 20 bedrooms, several new bathrooms, four kitchens and communal spaces such as a backyard BBQ area, a library, dining areas and media lounges.
